Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo - Remote)

We are hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to join our email team.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and wants to deepen their skills in email marketing strategy over time.

You will help keep projects moving, support client communication, coordinate execution, QA campaigns, and assist with strategy when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

Planning and Strategy Support

• Support the creation of monthly email plans and calendars
• Help translate strategy into clear tasks for copy, design, and build
• Assist with segmentation, automation planning, and campaign structure
• Step in to help cover strategy tasks when a strategist is out of office

Execution and Project Ownership

• Manage email production from start to finish
• Coordinate timelines and deadlines across multiple clients
