Become the vital link for service quality at CLBC as an Eligibility Lead. This role focuses on monitoring eligibility, coordinating with professionals, and ensuring compliance in service delivery.
In this position, you'll serve as the main contact for service providers, facilitating the evaluation and improvement of CLBC’s Eligibility model. With 3–5 years of experience and a degree in Business or Social Work, you'll engage with complex cases and negotiate contracts, bringing your expertise to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor eligibility determinations and contracted services
• Ensure compliance with legislation and policy
• Coordinate with clinical professionals on complex cases
