Elementary Teacher

Position Details

Boyne City Public Schools has an opening at the Boyne City Elementary School for a General Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications:

1. Persons interested in this position must have Michigan certification qualifying them to teach at the elementary school level (K-4) with an emphasis on literacy, use of data in planning for student growth, and evidence of being a student-centered educator.

2. A strong employment history and excellent references in jobs related to working with children in a team environment.

Reports to: Elementary School Principal

Job Goal: The teacher agrees to perform duties assigned competently and professionally in accordance with the established policies and regulations of the Board of Education, the Michigan Department of Education, and the State of Michigan.
