Electrician Instructor & Community Electrical Education Lead KOBE Moving Education Forward

This role delivers electrical training across KO Communities and KO Board of Education offices. Assists with future KO Community workforce development in electrical and renewable energy systems. This development will include potential future smart grid objectives.

1 year term position

Salary Range: $91,600 to $116,000

Key Responsibilities

Instruction, Training & Development

• Deliver foundational electrical training
• Mentor KO Community youth and adults in hands‑on settings
• Creation of workshop materials, lesson and training plans and support trades program development

Community Project Support and Programming Development

• Work with community members/students in community to support minor electrical maintenance and upgrades as part of an educational initiative
