Electrical Estimator for General Contractor
Job Description
Become an integral part of a General Contractor’s estimating team as an Electrical Estimator. This role focuses on accurate bid preparation for commercial and civil construction projects.
The ideal candidate has 7-12 years of experience with an Electrical Contractor, bringing extensive knowledge of local market dynamics. You will conduct contract analysis, oversee proposal developments, and maintain relationships with subcontractors, ensuring streamlined project execution. Your analytical skills will aid in quantity take-offs and risk assessments for competitive tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue bid opportunities online
• Assist in project prequalifications and submissions
• Review contract documents prior to tender closing
• Assess risks and recommend mitigation measures
• Prepare initial construction schedules for tenders
Requirements:
