Aptiv is seeking a talented Manufacturing Supervisor that will play a crucial role helping meet quality objectives and comply with safety metrics.
In this role you will:
- Actively participate in daily 9:15 Area Performance Meetings
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure the execution of audits by the Group Head.
- Monitoring of quality systems to eliminate red labels and/or customer complaints (Current Forums)
- Participation in tracking Critical part numbers.
- Maintain the scrap metric within the target according to sales.
- Management of operational and technical personnel.
Compliance with performance metrics.
