In this exciting role as EKA Engineering Manager, you will be based in either Gothenburg, Sweden, or Jundiai, Brazil. You will lead our customer facing engineering project department using strong commercial judgement, a solid safety mindset, and hands on project experience delivering solutions to our customers globally. You will build and maintain strong technical and business networks across global markets, while acting as an inspiring and strategic leader who develops talent, builds high performing teams with clear accountability, and thrives in a global, multicultural, and cross functional environment by balancing long term objectives with day to day execution.
