What you'll do
- Utilize appropriate sales techniques to encourage strong customer relationships and enhance the buying experience.
- Apply customer relationship and sales techniques to recommend and sell a variety of AT&T products or services that meet customer needs.
- Provide customer service and billing support, resolving any account‑related issues.
- Add new lines or services to accounts to help customers’ businesses grow.
- Uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, expressing empathy, and restating understood needs beyond issue resolution.
- Find a personalized solution that fits each customer and make a recommendation (rate plan, data usage reduction, promotion, etc.).
- Use available resources to ensure complete resolution.
