Drive improvement as an EHS&T Claims Specialist with Boart Longyear in Canada, performing remotely. You will be pivotal in managing claims processing and recovery for a temporary contract of 12 months.
With a focus on WCB/WSIB claims management, you will coordinate with multiple stakeholders for effective communication and resolution. Your role includes analyzing claim trends and identifying improvement opportunities to reduce financial risks. Possessing strong organizational skills and a grasp of disability legislation will help you facilitate compliance and employee support effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review claim files for accuracy and compliance
• Prepare reports on claim trends and performance

• Collaborate on return-to-work plans
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in claim administration
• Certification in Disability Management or WCB training
