Lead the comprehensive EHS, Safety, and Facilities strategy aligned with the organizational culture and corporate standards. Guarantee regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and the promotion of a safety culture throughout the company. Connect the environmental sustainability strategy with the business, driving initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint. Ensure work environments are safe, functional, and efficient. Lead the physical security strategy, including protocols, access control, crisis management, and operational continuity. Oversee the comprehensive management of facilities, preventive and corrective maintenance, general services, and supplier contracts.
