Job Description
Employment and Financial Services (EFS) Analyst – Ministry of Assisted Living and Social Services; Full-time; Edmonton, Alberta; 36.25 hours per week; Salary: $2,935.39 to $3,850.29 bi‑weekly ($76,613 – $100,492 per year); Classification: Program Services 3.
Role Responsibilities
Support data‑driven decision making by designing, delivering, and maintaining analytics dashboards and reporting solutions that improve program integrity, operational planning, performance management, and continuous improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
- Analyze complex data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build data visualizations and analytics solutions to communicate insights.
- Integrate and transform data from multiple sources into structured analytical models.
- Lead testing, data validation, and data quality assurance processes.
