Job Description

Opportunity
Support all DET back end processes and crucial trip documentation in order to ensure cli-ents expectations are met and our community leaders and tourguides have the preparation they need. Prepare admin tasks for tour such as welcome board, first-aid kit, refillable bottle, hiking kit, H & S audits and checks, extra stationary needed for the programs to run smoothly.

You will be responsible for: 
Review guide assignment weekly and prepare tour document for guides and leaders.

Extract itinerary, cash advance form from system.

Print all documents and hand over to Touring Team Leader.

Prepare admin needed for tour such as refillable bottles, eco-napkin, First-aid kit, hiking kits.

Support Educational Travel Specialists with bookings where required

Liaise with local Reservation and Operation teams where required.
