Education Partnerships Manager

The Manager for Education Partnerships is responsible for driving the growth, sustainability, and broader impact of both the Early Grades and Digital Education programs. The role focuses on identifying, cultivating, and managing high-impact partnerships across government, private sector, academic institutions, and development organizations. It represents the education team in cross-division and external coordination efforts for securing funding, developing expansion strategies, and positioning the programs as scalable solutions to address learning gaps in the Philippines.

Stakeholder Relations and Advocacy

• Lead identification, cultivation, and management of strategic partnerships
• Represent the organization in external engagements, forums, and stakeholder platforms
• Advocate for multi-sectoral collaboration to support program growth
• Negotiate and align partnership agreements with program goals
