Education Facilitator & Infection Control Practitioner

Position Overview

Reporting to the Director Health Services - Staff Development, Infection Prevention & Control (IP&C), the Education Facilitator & Infection Control Practitioner participates as an active member of the Regional Staff Development, IP&C Department through collaboration in the planning, development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of regional education. This position includes resource development with elements of research application and integration, and policy and procedure development to promote an optimal standard of safety for clients and staff. The incumbent is proactive in identifying and meeting his/her own learning needs as well as those of the other health professionals within Southern Health‑Santé Sud.
