Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the eDiscovery department, including people, processes, and technology Directly manage and mentor eDiscovery Analysts, Reviewers, Counsel, and the eDiscovery Project Manager Establish departmental goals, performance metrics, and conduct performance evaluations Develop and implement eDiscovery policies, standard operating procedures, and best practices Advise senior leadership, clients, and legal teams on eDiscovery strategy, risk mitigation, and cost management Oversee departmental budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships Manage the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle across matters Evaluate, select, and manage eDiscovery platforms and technologies, including Relativity Coordinate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, clients, and third-party vendors Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting e...
