Job Description
Tall Oak Advisors is a fully remote bookkeeping, tax, and CFO service provider for ecommerce sellers. Our team is based all over the world. We are currently seeking to add more full time Bookkeepers to our top tier bookkeeping team.

- The Bookkeeper, with the oversight of the Team Lead and Accounting Director, is a valuable contributor to TOA's focus on empowering success through financial wisdom for each of our clients. By ensuring accurate records and timely turnaround times, the Bookkeeper understands that every financial entry is a building block in the grand design of our clients' success stories.
- OUTCOMES-
- Demonstrate mastery of the entire bookkeeping process
- Conduct monthly bank and credit card reconciliations for assigned clients, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain financial integrity
- Efficiently manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Execute timely and error-free bookkeeping processing
