Working within the Aspira Retirement Division, this vital role oversees HR needs for 6 to 7 residences. Reporting to the Director of HR Business Partner, you’ll handle inquiries, performance management, and strategic HR initiatives. This position is designed to drive change and develop effective HR policies for the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional HR services to the retirement residences
• Advise on performance management plans and compensation

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in HR consulting
