Job Description
Shape HR at Sienna as a Business Partner in East GTA, supporting multiple retirement residences in a hybrid work arrangement. Travel and strategize for workforce excellence.
Your role with Sienna’s Aspira Retirement Division will cover 6-7 retirement residences, including Whitby and Oshawa. As a strategic advisor to the Director of HR, you will facilitate recruitment, resolve HR issues, and guide performance management initiatives. This position requires a balance of strategic oversight and operational support to achieve a high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage HR operations for designated retirement residences • Counsel on workforce performance and growth strategies • Lead recruitment and retention initiatives • Drive effective communication during organizational changes • Navigate labor relations and HR policy compliance
