Job Duties

• Plan, create, and implement age-appropriate Montessori-based learning activities for infants, toddlers, and young children, including those with special needs.
• Provide specialized care and educational support to children with developmental delays, behavioral challenges, and diverse learning needs, using individualized education and support plans.
• Observe children and record developmental progress, behaviours, and learning needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Support children with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and rest time.
