Contracted through EduStaff, this Associate Teacher position needs a dedicated individual with an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a Child Development Associate Credential. You will focus on providing instructional support while meeting HighScope program requirements. Effective communication with children and parents, along with strong leadership qualities, is key for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement the HighScope preschool curriculum
• Offer instructional guidance in a secure environment
• Complete HighScope-related reports and paperwork
• Conduct home visits and parent conferences regularly
• Attend GSRP home visits twice a year
