EAP Counsellor

Position Summary

Social Worker, Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Psychoeducator or Sexologist – EAP Counsellor – Dorval, QC. Permanent, part‑time or full‑time (3 to 5 days per week).

Responsibilities

Provide short‑term counselling to clients, manage administrative requirements, and participate in team meetings and peer groups.

• Adapt interventions to fit your personal style and the needs of a diverse client base.
• Efficiently manage administrative tasks using clinical templates and technology tools.
• Participate in team meetings, peer groups, and open discussions.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or related field.
• Registered member in good standing with OPQ, OTSTCFQ, OPPQ or OPSQ.
• At least five years of clinical experience.
