Responsibilities

• Create data‑driven insights, reports and presentations to showcase trends and players' sentiment
• Help promote game and experiential quality across FC by applying “the voice of the player”
• Be an advocate of “the voice of the player” by creating a bridge between FC Live Platform Quality Verification and our partners
• Promote improvements across functional quality; with a main focus on experiential quality
• Monitor internal communication channels, public discussion forums, and social media platforms to help identify player‑affecting issues and collect players' feedback
