E-Invoicing Support Analyst
Job Description
Tourmaline Oil Corp. (“Tourmaline”) is Canada’s largest natural gas producer focused on long-term growth through an active exploration, development, production and acquisition program in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
We are currently looking for an E-Invoicing Support Analyst to join our team full time in our Calgary office. This role will report to the Manager, Finance Systems and Data.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for questions and business support on our e-invoicing platform and modules (OpenInvoice/OpenTicket/OpenContract Pricebook).
- Support the phase II rollout of OpenContract Pricebook; prepare new Pricebooks from approved bids, work with business teams to train staff and transition maintenance to the business.
