Job Description
- Conduct daily site walkthroughs and layout checks for the independent DTC website.
- Monitor on-site user feedback and public sentiment; elevate insights for optimization.
2. Social Media & Community
- Support the design and execution of social media campaign plans.
- Review and approve social media assets; track campaign performance and lead post-campaign analysis.
3. Private Traffic & Partnerships
- Identify and reach out to potential private traffic channels (WhatsApp groups, Telegram, influencers, clubs, etc.).
- Execute communication plans for these channels and conduct performance reviews.
4. Customer Service & Insights
- Handle daily customer complaints and inquiries for both DTC site and marketplace platforms.
