As a Team Leader, you will be at the heart of the store’s success, supporting the Store Manager and optimizing store performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily store operations with a focus on service
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Coordinate inventory and sales floor management
• Assist in shipment processing for accurate stock levels
• Ensure compliance with visual and merchandising directives
Requirements:
• High school education required
• 2 years of relevant retail experience preferred
• Prior team lead experience in retail, 1 year minimum
