In this role, you will take charge of construction administration for a variety of transportation and municipal engineering projects. As a leader, you’ll prepare contracts, oversee tender processes, and ensure compliance with engineering standards. Collaborating with clients and project teams, you will provide crucial oversight and mentoring to build effective teams and deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate and administer construction contracts and specifications
• Oversee preparation of quantity take-offs and budgeting
• Guide contractors through change order negotiations
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and project discussions
• Attend post-construction inspections and document review

• Must hold a P.Eng designation
