• Manage 9 key employees within the plant
• Direct all production activities for efficiency

• Analyze performance indicators and implement action plans
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations Management
• 3 to 5 years industrial experience in production
• Strong leadership skills and communication abilities
