We are looking for a motivated Payments Coordinator to assist during high volume periods and vacations while supporting various tasks across the department. Responsibilities include managing payments for Company 01, handling transition to EFT, and addressing urgent requests. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate vendor transitions to electronic payments
• Address urgent inquiries for payment processing
• Support various requests from Accounts Payable teams
• Track lien waivers and manage payments inbox
