Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Operations General Manager at 46.65 CAD hourly, working full-time, with all work performed on-site. This role is pivotal in guiding operational success across departments.
With a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience under your belt, you’ll implement effective organizational policies and manage a dedicated team of 11-15 members. This full-time position is all about empowering staff and ensuring the smooth coordination of work across divisions. You will also be responsible for representing the organization in key negotiations.
Key Responsibilities: • Allocate resources to implement policies effectively • Authorize key department structures and senior roles • Oversee coordination of work across various divisions • Establish objectives and approve organizational policies • Represent the company in negotiations and official functions
