Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high morale among crew members
• Expertly apply horticultural knowledge to tasks
• Communicate with clients and anticipate needs
• Manage pruning and seasonal container tasks
• Ensure accurate job completion and adherence to procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity
• Required high school diploma
• Preferred certificate in Horticulture
• Valid Ontario G-class driver’s license
