The Duty Manager is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of various teams. The role focuses on workforce planning and profitability, and maintains enhanced compliance standards while playing a pivotal role in client relationships and direct reports development.

Duty Manager Job Responsibilities

• Adhere to operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization’s vision and client requirements.
• Collaboratively coordinate and implement a workforce plan with the Resource Optimization Manager (ROM) team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly service and safety requirements.
