You will:
Provide comprehensive facilities management services for the building operation, support and supervision of the daily operation related to property management services including Shatin Racecourse, Data Centre and Stable area to oversee the external contractor for implementation of preventive / corrective maintenance for building services installations to ensure that they are executed as planned and specified, especially mission critical systems such as UPS systems, Fire Services System, Elevator System and also to overviewing the operation of backup generators, chiller plants, CRAC systems, track light control system, power quality monito...
