PEAK & Productivity Sr. Engineer – focused on delivering results on the productivity blocks of the Distribution Centers in Latin America. The role builds skills in people, processes and technology to support the global corporate strategy and reduce adverse financial effects such as inflation, interest rates, and costs.

Responsibilities

• Support regional teams to achieve the LATAM gross productivity objective > $6M (1.8M D&T +4.1M MFG).
• Assist governance of productivity and program management with monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Communicate and train execution of the new global productivity reporting system under the new organizational structure.
• Support development of productivity budgets for MFG and D&T at site level.
• Provide commercial analysis and intelligence to support project selection.
• Create a network with other global and organizational leaders to learn and share best practices.
