We are looking for a Drayage Coordinator to join our team and support daily transportation operations, ensuring efficient container movement and timely communication with customers, drivers, and ports.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor drayage shipments from ports, rail yards, and customer facilities
• Schedule appointments and dispatch drivers according to operational needs
• Track container movement and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams
• Maintain communication with carriers, drivers, warehouses, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Manage documentation related to drayage operations, including delivery orders and container information
