Job Description
include, but are not limited to:Receiving: receive and store incoming biological samples in appropriate temperature locations, handle dry ice, and collapse or recycle packaging material as needed. Glasswash and Autoclave: perform daily pickup of dirty glassware from labs, run washer and autoclave cycles to sterilize lab materials, redistribute clean glassware to storage areas. Chemical Management: register incoming chemicals and reagents to internal system library, perform monthly chemical inventory in lab areas, remove registered materials from the system upon disposal, coordinate HHM pick-up and disposal. Pipette Management: coordinate on site and off site pipette servicing by collecting pipettes, record details in log, and contact vendor to facilitate visit or ship to warehouse. SAM: Fulfill surplus asset requests and proceed with display for auction, salvage and recycling type activities, and schedule pick up as needed. Dry Ice Mana...
