Oversee operations as a District Sales Manager in a seasonal capacity from July to November. Manage multiple store functions including sales, staffing, and training initiatives.
This position involves supervising three retail locations, ensuring all sales and operational aspects are running smoothly. You'll be in charge of recruiting employees, managing payroll, and adhering to budgetary limits. The role demands physical endurance and flexibility, necessary for tackling the unique challenges of the peak retail season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise sales and operations for three stores
• Lead recruitment and training of staff
• Manage store expenses and prevent loss
• Facilitate construction and seasonal closure of stores
• Perform physical tasks including lifting and setup
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Availability must be flexible
• Endurance for standing and walking extensively
