Position Overview

The District Manager – BC (Lower mainland) is a key leadership role within Big Box Outlet Store, responsible for driving store performance, talent development, and strategic execution across a designated region of 10 to 12 stores. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role ensures each location achieves operational excellence, delivers exceptional customer experience, and meets revenue and profitability goals. The District Manager is a people‑first leader who coaches Store Managers to excel in their roles, fosters a culture of high performance, and ensures alignment with the company’s growth strategy. This role also plays a critical part in new store openings, regional initiatives, and operational improvements.
