Job Description
Lead operational success as the District Manager for Superior Propane in New Brunswick North. Oversee propane delivery, ensure safety protocols, and enhance customer satisfaction across the region.
In your role as District Manager, you will report to the Area Operations Manager and be responsible for efficient propane delivery and associated services. You'll manage frontline teams, enforce compliance with safety standards, and handle budget oversight. Key skills in leadership, customer service, and regulatory adherence will guide your daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion a safety-first culture with adherence to HSE standards
• Conduct field visits and coaching sessions for frontline teams
• Oversee daily operations and ensure delivery compliance
• Resolve customer issues in collaboration with Commercial teams
• Manage district budgets and monitor key performance indicators
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in operations
