This role establishes short and long-term priorities aligned with operational, people, and merchandising initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency. Internal partnerships may be developed and leveraged to maximize deliverables, fostering strong relationships between operations, merchandising, and external partnerships. Conducting monthly financial reviews and sharing results with cross‑functional teams is also part of the role.
