Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers across a national portfolio of retail locations

Reinforce a proactive, service-driven selling culture focused on clienteling, product knowledge, and long-term customer relationships

Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, coach teams, and identify opportunities to improve performance

Analyze sales performance, productivity, and operational metrics to drive consistent top-line growth
