Distribution Centre Team Leader
Location: DECIEM Caterpillar DC-1510 Caterpillar Road, Mississauga L4X 2Y1
Hourly rate: $23 to $35 an hour
Responsibilities
- Report and monitor daily activities of warehouse operations, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
- Participate in weekly team meetings with DC Management team and other Team Leaders.
- Assist with the supervision of Warehouse Associates, including training, helping to meet deadlines, and assisting to lead the team while maintaining professional relationships.
- Accurately prepare and correct production of labels and documents for shipping orders.
- Ensure warehouse and all product and inventory settings are compliant and act upon instructions given by Managers.
