Job Description
As a Distribution Centre Supervisor II, direct operations and enhance productivity. Focus on meeting performance standards and customer requirements within a fast-paced warehouse setting.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily functional operations and the performance of assigned employees. This includes implementing strategies for improving cost, quality, and service while ensuring safety guidelines are followed. Key tasks include managing training programs, ensuring inventory integrity, and supporting team development through coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations in assigned functional areas
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and internal performance metrics
• Develop and maintain cost-quality standards
• Administer comprehensive training for warehouse staff
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
