Distribution Center Supervisor

GENERALFUNCTION

TheDistributionCenterSupervisorisresponsibleforthedirectsupervisionandcoordinationofdistribution,qualityassuranceandinventory.KeyresponsibilitiesincludeleadingdistributionassociatesinmeetingandexceedingtheDistributionCenter(DC)KPIgoalsandobjectivesestablishedforthefacility.

MAJORDUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prioritizesthedailyworkflowtomeetandexceedcustomercommitments.
• Coaches,trains,andleadsateamof25-30distributionassociatestomeetprescribedproductivityandservicegoals.
• Supervisesphysicalfacilities,humanresources,equipmentandproductsinaprofitablemanner.
• Administersandensurescompliancewithcompanypolicies,
• OSHAstandardsandapplicableemploymentlaws
• Establishesproceduresforverificationofdistributionservicesincludingreceiving,orderpicking,storing,shipping,handlingreturns,damagedgoods,maintenance,andadministrativeactivitiestoensurecustomerrequirementsaremet.
