Disability Service Worker, Full-Time

The Position

The Disability Services Worker (DSW), under supervision of a Team Leader, facilitates and monitors education and development programs to provide individuals in service with physical, behavioural, emotional and social supports/supervision in residence and in the community. DSWs develop relationships and act as a liaison with the community, family members, guardians and employers.

Scheduling

One (1) permanent, full‑time position averaging 32 hours per week.

Shift Schedule

• (alternating Wednesdays)
• (alternating weekends)
• Shift times may vary based on operational needs.

Requirements of Position

Applicants must be physically able to do lifts and transfers for low‑weight‑bearing individuals.
