This permanent, full-time role at Finning's Edmonton Head Office is designed for a self-directed professional with at least seven years of disability management experience. You will oversee complex disability files, develop best practices, and provide consultation on relevant legislation. Collaborating with HR and external partners is essential to foster a successful return-to-work strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex occupational and non-occupational disability cases
• Provide consultation on disability legislation and processes
• Develop and recommend improvements to policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the STD/LTD administrator for plan consistency
• Build relationships with workers' compensation bodies
