This role is critical to drive profitable and sustainable growth for adidas Mexico by defining a clear strategic direction, ensuring flawless execution of key initiatives, and embedding data-driven decision-making across the organization.
As a trusted partner to the Country GM and leadership team, you will shape the strategic agenda, translate it into actionable priorities, and challenge the organization through an outside-in perspective and innovation mindset.
What You Will Drive (4 Core Pillars)
Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process for the country (internal & external view). Define a clear strategic roadmap aligned with Global and LATAM priorities. Identify and activate the next wave of growth , anticipating marketplace shifts, emerging competitors, and evolving consumer behaviors.
