Director, Strategic Insights

Your Role in Supporting Our Members:

As the Director, Strategic Insights, you will lead the Strategic Insights function within the Analytics Centre of Excellence, shaping how data and analytics inform enterprise-wide decision making. You will engage closely with business leaders to scope and prioritize analytics initiatives, translate complex insights into compelling narratives, and influence strategic direction through advanced analytics methodologies. This role is ideal for a senior analytics leader who brings strong business acumen, enterprise influence, and a passion for fostering an analytical mindset across a complex organization.

This is a Full‑time, Permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the VP, Data, Analytics and AI. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on‑site for events and business demands.
