Purpose and Scope
The Director of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for leading the Canadian launch and commercialization of an innovative oral testosterone replacement therapy. This leader will own the end-to-end commercial strategy, spanning sales, marketing, market access alignment, and stakeholder engagement, to establish this product as a market leader in men’s health.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned pharmaceutical leader with deep experience in sales and marketing, a passion for men’s health, and a proven ability to launch and scale specialty products in Canada.
