Director, Risk and Controls Management

What is the opportunity? As the Director, Risk and Controls Management, you will lead the oversight and delivery of the organizational risk and control framework activities within Transformation and Enterprise Operations (TEO). You will deliver a robust TEO risk strategy and governance framework approach that balances risk discipline with operational agility. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders across Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to drive continuous improvement in risk identification, control effectiveness, and issue management processes to protect the integrity of day‑to‑day operations.
