The Opportunity
You’re a builder of markets, of teams, and of broker partnerships. As Director, Regional Sales , you’ll own growth for your assigned region by pairing hands‑on business development with leadership that elevates our brokerage channel. You’ll manage key Mortgage Broker relationships, hit personal sales targets, and coach Business Development Managers (BDMs) to deliver consistent, outstanding performance across your territory. Reporting to the VP, National Sales, you’ll be a visible market leader who strengthens Bridgewater Bank’s brand and drives sustainable revenue.
